GOA RERA, in an order passed on Monday, has decided to impose the penalty on the application for registration of ongoing projects to be received after 31 March 2018. A penalty of Rs 1,00,000 will be levied for Registrations applications received between 01/04/2018 to 30/04/2018. 584 agents and 700 projects registered with Rajasthan RERA Dated on:  Tuesday 24th April 2018 Rajasthan is one of state to actively implement RERA in the state.  RAJ-RERA website has published a list of approved real estate projects and real estate agents with their details. As of now, 700 real estate projects have been approved by the Rajasthan RERA. Total of 584 agents have been approved till date. The RERA office in Rajasthan is located at Nagar Niyojan Bhawan Near JDA,  J.L.N. Marg Jaipur, PIN-302015 (Raj.)  RAJ-RERA portal has a complaint registration section as well, where all aggrieved homebuyers can file their complaints to the Authority. What about complaints on projects not under RERA? Asked Bombay HC The Bombay High Court on Monday asked the state to explain what regulatory mechanism it proposes to ensure that complaints from buyers in unregistered real estate projects are adjudicated. The high court directed the state to file its reply to a petition that has challenged lack of a policy to deal with conflicts that arise between buyers and builders in cases where developers have not registered their projects under the Real estate Regulation and Development Act of 2016.  FOR MORE VISIT:  www.rerafiling.com
